Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Upgrade 3.10.2 to 4.4.2 fails

Hi

I have seen similar issues mentioned for upgrading to joomla 4, but I have not been able to find a solution.
No matter what I try, I get
Joomla\Database\Exception\
PrepareStatementFailureException
everytime I run the live update.

After having tried disabling and uninstalling 3rd party addons and using the default .htaccess, I do not what to do to update. I include the FPA output below and hope someone has a suggestion.
